Charlie Leigeber founded Sundry Distributors in the mid 1960's in Cleveland, Tennessee. He had worked for a wholesale drug company for 26 years and realized the need for a wholesale merchandise distributor of sundry and promotional items in drugstores. In the mid 1970's Sundry moved to Athens, Alabama in order to better serve the Nashville, Birmingham, Chattanooga and northern Mississippi markets. Today, Sundry Distributors has accounts throughout the Southeast as well as part of the Southwestern and Midwestern regions of the United States, and we are continuing to grow at a rapid pace.

Sundry has a large variety of wholesale merchandise. In addition to our regular inventory base, we carry seasonal merchandise (Valentine, Easter, Summer, Back to School, and Christmas) and special promotions. We have a dollar merchandise program that is updated on a monthly basis. The combination of excellent service and a large merchandise base make Sundry a leader in our industry. We are among only a few companies left that tailor to drug stores and still have a service where our people come into the stores on a regular basis. We book the orders, straighten the shelves and keep all departments that we service updated with the latest merchandise. Sundry generally provides a monthly or quarterly service depending on store volume and location. Orders are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours after the order is received in our office.
